Initially, we focus on the client's needs. This helps them develop a positive impression of our professionalism. Then, we provide our expertise on the client's products for reference, assisting them in creating a perfect product. If the client requires design services, we also have designers available to offer advice.

1. We will make samples based on the client's requirements. Some products require mold making, and the mold making fee will be borne by the client. (If the order quantity reaches a certain level, we can refund the corresponding mold fee.)

2. After both parties confirm the drawings, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid. Production time is calculated from the completion of the customized mold.

3. Product delivery time will not exceed 45 days.
